Our Accessibility Commitment

Many of the veterans we serve live with vision, hearing, mobility or cognitive disabilities, so Mission Ready Claims builds this website to be usable by everyone. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), Level AA.

Steps we take

• Pages use a logical heading order, labeled form fields and landmarks that screen readers can navigate
• Links, buttons, menus and the case review form can all be reached and operated from the keyboard
• Text and buttons are checked for strong color contrast on our dark backgrounds
• Animations switch off when your device is set to reduce motion
• Layouts adapt to small phones, large monitors and browser zoom
• New pages are run through automated accessibility checks before they go live
